The Snow Lion has been opened to serve all kinds of Tibetan foods. The restaurant is run by enthusiastic young Tibetans, who are devoted to preserve Tibetan food culture in this foreign land.

A very nice Tibetan restaurant in the cosy neighbourhood of Haarlemmerstraat. The chef is Tibetan. So is the nice lady who serves there. The food is fabulous. Definitely worth another visit.
