We now have a Beaver family creating great interest on the river Otter. There is a safe pace to keep bicycles.

Very well located especially if you like to walk! Situated a 1 mile away from two gorgeous beaches, the Jurassic coast path & halfway between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. This very relaxed atmosphere is somewhere to rest your head and relax. If you are happy with a comfortable bed without the fancy frills this is the place for you! Self catering required. However, there is a friendly pub opposite which does food and drinks. Plenty of local places to eat and drink or various takeout options.

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
